Peloton bike come 2021 - it will be a $100,000 investment in
on-demand wellness. The pandemic has trapped everyone at home,

the new trends in at-home gyms, and how they've been buffed and
improved as a result of the newfound need to work out without
leaving home.
Take the architect who said he'd had a client task his personal
trainer with helping co-design the new at-home gym he was
working on, as it would be the focal point of fitness moving
forward post-COVID. Golf simulator rooms are huge, too, in case
lockdowns interfere with tee-offs - the tech on those is
fascinating. True markers of gymfluence (that's gym +
affluence): not just the Peloton Tread, obviously, but also the
Woodway treadmill. Designers like Elicyon design have reported
crazy requests, like an aerial Pilates hammock, or a pro-level
Reformer; another designer uses moss walls or hanging plants
from Forest Homes to make the space feel inside-outside.
I want to hear from the following * Designers and architects
who have worked on major, high end at-home gyms for clients in
the last twelve months, and who can share detailed anecdotes and
stories about those projects. Please include topline on any
projects, with a clear sense of how and why these gyms are both
innovative and ultra-luxury, in the pitch. * Personal
trainers who have pitched in to help their clients create
world-class at-home gyms, and can share the unusual, and over
the top, elements they've worked with those clients to create *
Wellness and fitness brands with new, luxury models that have
launched since the pandemic took hold, whether exercise bikes,
free-weights or similar. I'd love to hear from unconventional
companies, too, whether VR firms which have pivoted to offering
