Biden has a huge climate and energy infrastructure plan; his
economic team (Janet Yellen, Cecelia Rouse, Brian Deese etc)
wants to create employment.
Here are some questions I'm looking to answer: What specifically
could this team do to create employment on climate and energy
projects? How will this affect the private companies building
the infrastructure, who would like the funds but perhaps not the
focus on unions? What moves might we see that we didn't under
Trump and Obama?
