I'm writing a story called The Safe Restaurant. I'm looking for
sources of many stripes, but mostly quick serve and fast casual
restaurant operators (also consultants and people offering
services in the industry). The story will run in four parts (see

restaurants keeping their restaurants and customers safe, and
showing that they're doing it?
Second shorter story: Focus on back-of-house safety -- Your
employees are putting themselves at risk every day. How are your
keeping your environment safe for them and what protocols do you
have for the back of house?
Third shorter story - Focus on food safety -- There's no
evidence that COVID was ever transmitted through food. But that
doesn't mean operators can let up on food safety any time soon.
Here's how restaurants can double down on the safety of their
food even as they're committing to safety in other parts of the
restaurant.
