what particular tax write-offs/benefits can they claim that
others may not be able to claim and why? 7. Are there any new
specific tax write-offs/benefits that homeowners may be able to
claim next year (when they file before April 15, 2022) that they
should be planning for in this calendar year (2021)? Please
provide details. 8. When is it best to hire a professional
(e.g., CPA, tax planner, etc.) to maximize your tax
