Hello, my name is Amanda. I am the owner of Little Helpers In

mens shoes, and durable apparel for big and tall men to feature
if my gifts for him guide. After talking with many different
men, I have found that a common problem with them is that their
shoes never last very long. And their clothes either shrink to

Query:
Now that vaccines for COVID-19 are rapidly rolling out to
various destinations around the world, many employers are
wondering about best practices for vaccines among their
employees. Simply put - do we require them? What are the legal
implications of requiring them for employees? How do you go
about it in best practice? Who is the onus on - the employee to
get it themselves, or the employer to provide the vaccine? Who
bears the cost in the case that it's not already fully covered
by government, insurance, or other means? And so on.
I'd love to hear insights from HR practitioners and employers
for a new article on this subject designed to provide insights
to our large audience of SMB employers.
There are various avenues I'm interested in covering:
Legal: how do you go about it legally? What should you be
looking at to ensure you're fully compliant with local law?
Logistical: How do you commence with such a program? Do you
procure the vaccines yourselves, bring a nurse/medical staff
into the office to administer the vaccine, or do you issue an
advisory to staff that vaccinations are required before
returning to the workplace?
Moral/Ethical: How do you go about it in a way such that you
maintain as comfortable of an environment as possible
considering the highly charged nature of COVID-19 in our society?
Communication: How do you communicate to your employees
regarding such a vaccine rollout? Do you have a communications
plan in place to go along with the logistical aspects? Bear in
mind, you're interested in maintaining your business and
maintaining worker morale.
There are so many ways about it and so many different avenues to
pursue this. At the heart of it is this: I want to hear *your*
story and what your own plans are for administering such a plan
in your workforce. Our audience is part of a community that is
very interested in knowing what others are doing so they can
start rolling out their own strategy that's best set for
success. This community benefited hugely from a similarly toned
article we published in early March at the start of the
pandemic, and we're aspiring to do the same here:
https://resources.workable.com/tutorial/coronavirus-hr-response-10-things-to-know/
Important postnote: We will include a disclaimer that our
content is to be taken merely as insightful and helpful
guidance, not as formal legal advice.
Thank you all!
Requirements:
You are an SMB with a preliminary plan in place for the COVID-19
vaccine among your staff, whether that's just a communications
plan or actually administering the vaccine in your company.
Please do share your full name, position, company, location and
any other information about you and your service/product that
you feel is pertinent to the discussion.

Deadline: 5:00 PM EST - 17 December
Query:
I'm working on a piece for Bloomberg BusinessWeek about
dentistry - specifically the new mood towards so-called "perfect
imperfect" teeth.
It's the new movement championed by Dr Jon Marashi in LA. He's
the man trusted by Matt Damon, Renée Zellweger, Tom Hanks, Ben
Affleck and more to curate their smiles; no less than Cher
called him the 'Tom Ford of cosmetic dentistry'. His new mantra,
after years of focusing on pearly whites that are movie-ready?
Almost-perfect teeth. Compare plastic surgery - the best work is
such that the casual observer can't even notice it has been
done. Marashi now believes that's true of teeth, too, after
seeing a surge in so-called "revision dentistry" where he was
tasked with undoing previous veneer work conducted by others. He
wants the new teeth to be "perfect imperfect", with a little bit
more personality than identikit smiles often display; before he
yanks out old veneers, he creates a temporary prototype of the
new smile and sends his patients off for a day or two to try it
out. It's a byproduct of a realization that's been a long time
coming: most people don't need veneers. And he wants to
convince people that, if they do choose to change their teeth,
it shouldn't be instantly obvious.
Requirements:
I'm looking for submissions as follows: I'd like to hear from
other dentists who have started to focus on "perfect-imperfect"
teeth, providing some specific examples of how they're now
persuading patients to opt for this. I'd also like to hear from
dentists who have, "Botched"-style, earned a niche in fixing
other practitioners' poor work - and might now be undoing
chiclet-like veneers for more all-natural implants. I also
understand that porcelain is a key component to cosmetic
dentistry, and I'd love to hear about any technicians who are
now promoting less pearly-white and more ivory-cream,
natural-looking porcelain shades. I'd also be open to hear from
anyone who, themselves, has undergone dental work to turn overly
"perfect" cosmetic work into a more natural-looking upgrade.
Please mark the subject line: NATURAL TEETH Please reply
directly to this email, rather than emailing me via other
methods. Don't call or Tweet at me (email is fine) - apologies
in advance that I can't get back to everyone, but will
definitely be in touch if I need more info. No attachments,
please; all emails with attachments will be deleted unopened.
