difficult winter period. People are staying indoors more, the

Linked to this is the impact on people's mental health. It has
already been a debilitating year for many both mentally and
physically. The next couple of months will be even tougher.
We are planning to write one or more pieces on the topic of
mental health in the workplace. We've learned via informal
surveys that only half of all respondents say their workplace
has a mental health support plan in place. A study in Oct 2019
found that half of all millennials and 75% of GenZers have left
jobs for mental health reasons.
So that brings us to you. We're looking to hear from employers
who have a strategy or support system in their company to
support mental health among employees, whether it's via social
activities, benefits and perks, in-house counselling/support, or
whatnot.
If you'd like to contribute, please do share your company, your
job title, your industry, and location of business, and then
dive into the following questions:
1) If you already have a mental wellness support strategy in
place at your business, when did you start doing that, what is
in that strategy, and why did you start?
2) Did you notice any changes - whether positive or negative -
