For a story on 2021 meetings and conventions in Florida, I am
looking to speak with meeting planners who handle association
events, large and small. Want to hear your expectations, both on
the destination side, as well as at hotels and convention
facilities. Can be for programs of any size, from a board
meeting of just a dozen attendees to a full buyout or citywide
event. What needs, big or small, will you need to have met by a
hotel, convention center or destination before you sign a
contract?

Requirements:

Sources must be those who handle events for associations, and
they must be either considering or are already in contract for
an upcoming group gathering in Florida. Can be an association's
in-house planner or a third-party planner hired by multiple
clients. Interview can be conducted by phone or email, and must
be completed by Monday, Nov 30.
