Please share with numbers: 1. Your name or client's name,
credentials (MS,RD, only!), and link to website/book/IG/etc. for
citation. 2. Please share a vegan food that can make you gain
weight and in a few sentences explain why it's unhealthy and how
it can lead to pound creepage. Please make sure it's not a
specific product but a food or group of foods (sugary vegan
cereals like X, Y, Z or french fries vs. naming a brand.) Please
link to one study here showing that this food may be linked to
weight gain or cite general research about the unhealthy nature
