Exercise-induced bronchoconstriction affects up to 20 percent of
adults, with exercising in cooler temps being a primary trigger.
While hard, heavy breathing on its own can dry out the windpipe,
cool, dry air further dehumidifies it. The result: It becomes
painful to breathe and your chances of getting enough air to
fuel your workouts dwindles. Hello, exhaustion and side
stitches! This article will be a listicle of 5-7 ways to reduce
EIB, with each action item fleshed out with supporting research
and interviews with MDs and physiologists. Please include any
top-line tips in your pitch and, if its a fit, I will respond
with follow-up questions.

Requirements:

MD, CPT, or CSCS required. I will not respond to pitches from
experts without the required credentials.

at home??? 5. If someone doesn't have access to healthcare and
it literally isn't possible for them to remove it at home...
what do they do? Is there a position that works best? 6. If you
remove it and it looks like a little bit was left inside you, is
that OK? Or, do you need to seek medical attention? What are a
normal or abnormal amount of symptoms? 7. If you try to remove
it and it FEELS stuck... should you keep pulling? Or, should you
stop?

Query:

I'm looking for people holding outdoor winter fitness classes in
cold climates. Covid sent a lot of gyms and studios and personal
trainers outside over the summer an fall, but now that winter's

owners and clients -- I'm sure some people are repeat customers
for outdoor bootcamps or whatever, but I'd also love to talk to
people who are trying outdoor winter classes for the first time
this year bc of Covid concerns about indoor workouts. My story
