Category: Business and Finance

Email: query-bkdu@helpareporter.net

Media Outlet: Reviews.com

Deadline: 9:00 AM EST - 18 November

Query:

Discuss how/if families from popular holiday movies (Home
Alone, It's A Wonderful Life, A Christmas Story) could get their
homes insured for the holidays, and if insurance companies would
even consider doing so given the hi-jinks they get into! So for
instance, in a Christmas Story, examine one of the scenes, like
where the neighbor's dogs run through the living room on
Christmas and wreak havoc in the kitchen! Would that be covered
under home insurance? What about the Christmas tree burning
down or the explosion (at the end of the movie) in National
Lampoon's Christmas? You can pick any relevant examples for the
other movies.

Do you need special insurance for the holidays (i.e. for
decorations, family parties, etc.)? What does most homeowners
insurance cover in regards to holiday incidents? Are fires
covered from Christmas trees, Hanukkah candles, holiday lights,
etc.? What about incidents with fireplaces or while cooking?

Requirements:

You must be a trustworthy authority on the subject based on
experience, education, and/or institutional affiliation.

24) Summary: Seeking Content Pros for "Lessons Learned from Pandemic" Article

Name: Dennis McCafferty Content Marketing Institute article/blog page

Category: Business and Finance

Email: query-bkan@helpareporter.net

Media Outlet: Content Marketing Institute article/blog page

Deadline: 4:00 PM EST - 18 November

Query:

For the Content Marketing Institute's "Articles" page
(https://contentmarketinginstitute.com/blog/), would like short
(one paragraph) input from content pros/content marketers on
"What COVID Taught Me about Content." Would like a mix of best
practices/advice/observations (but just one tip per quoted
professional/expert) that is COVID-related when it comes to
content storytelling, client relations, SEO/metrics, connecting
to target audiences, messaging, etc. Example I'll use for my own
input: "My agency's clients are being very considerate about
approaching the topic in a sensitive, tasteful manner. They seek
content that explains how they can solve organizations'
post-pandemic problems. But they don't want to come across as
exploitive of the situation or otherwise "ambulance chasing."
It's a fine line to walk. But I've found that the time-tested
lessons still apply here: Focus on results-based, good
storytelling. Present the client as a helpful resource in a time
of need, as opposed to being self-promotional about products and
services." (This was less than 100 words ... Probably best for
all responses to be less than 100 words.) Please include your
name, title, organization and preferred link. For every expert
quoted, I will provide full identification and a link in this
article. Please email me direct at dennis@w2comm.com. No
attachments please. Thanks!
