The Regulatory Landscape for Data-Driven Voice Solutions. This
article will explore how new government regulations, like the
European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and
the California Consumer Protection Act (CCPA), and others will
affect what voice-based information companies (companies whose
solutions allow businesses to collect and store voice data, like
voiceprints used for customer identity verification, etc.) can
collect, how they can use it, what they can do with it, how they
can store it, and what they need to do to protect it.

Below is a list of questions I'm seeking answers to for this
story. I can only conduct email interviews, whereby you or your
suggested sources types up written responses to my questions
below that I can use as quotes in my story (that's also often
easier and ensures no accidental misquoting). My deadline is

The pandemic, of course, has impacted certain industries more
than others - airlines, for instance, have been in its economic
crosshairs. But what about airports, and the businesses that
operate within them? The slump in flying numbers has turned
their departure halls into ghost towns - and proved ruinous for
the retailers within them. Airport shops and restaurants in
America will lose $3.4bn between now and the end of 2021,
forecasts the Airport Restaurant & Retail Association; two in
three airports were losing money before the crisis but now all
of them are. Think globally, and there's an impact in
particular on the luxury sector. Airport retail was long its
dirty secret, a place where a surprising amount of its trade
(around 6% of global total sales) are transacted; Bain says that
sales in this sector aren't likely to return to 2019 levels
before 2025. That's it's likely to get worse: the UK government
has announced that it will slash the right to sell goods (other
than booze and cigarettes) tax-free stateside from January 2021,
after the country exits the EU - and just when retailers in
airports will need that advantage most. Heathrow, of course, is
the busiest airport in Europe. So what are the solutions, and
how can airport retail rebound even the pandemic remains a live
challenge? I want to hear from the following: -- Firms which can
provide hard data and numbers on airport retail, especially in
the luxury sector, and up to date research on the overall state
of the luxury market as the pandemic has taken hold worldwide.
-- Luxury sector analysts and luxury goods experts who can
discuss in depth the challenges of the shrinking airport retail
market thanks to COVID 19 and the potential impact from the UK's
changing rules -- Fashion and retail experts with first hand
knowledge of airport retail who can share anecdotes,
observations and insights about how it works - and what
solutions there might be as the luxury airside sector faces such
awful headwinds.
