about people who left New York during the pandemic to "test out"
various other cities now that Covid has changed the game. Rather
than moving somewhere new right away, these people have put
their stuff in storage, and are spending some time in various
spots around the US -- maybe in long-term Airbnbs; maybe in
Airstreams -- to see if one of them resonates and they could
see a future there permanently. They are essentially using this
time to test the waters and give a couple cities/towns around
the US a trial run before settling down somewhere new for good.
The story will be a profile of them + their thoughts on the
matter: where they're going, what they're looking for in a new
