In light of a recent story that evidently shows high-touch areas
at JFK still aren't being cleaned properly, I'm looking for
travel experts and germ experts to weigh in on the surfaces of
airports that are most likely aren't getting the sanitizing they
need. These are my questions: In your personal experience
traveling during the pandemic, what have you noticed appears
overlooked in terms of airport cleanliness? Which surfaces in
airports are generally the most difficult to clean? What about
these areas makes it so tough to keep clean/sanitized? Can you
offer any ideas how these might be improved upon? What advice do
you have for folks who have to travel during the pandemic and
are trying to keep themselves as safe as possible?
