I'm fleshing out a pitch for a story on eco-friendly dining in
the Palm Beaches for Palm Beach Illustrated.

I was inspired by a local bakery that works to lower its
environmental impact by prioritizing local/seasonal ingredients,
shooting for minimal waste, using unbleached flour, natural
sources of flavor/color, etc.

I need to propose a few other specific sources and examples of
local spots taking this approach for this potential story, and
would like to hear about other restaurants/establishments in the
area that are working to be "eco-friendly" by making different
choices in the kitchen.

Requirements:

Must be relevant to food/dining in the Palm Beach Illustrated
coverage area (between Vero Beach and Boca Raton).

Please share a brief description of the establishment and how
it's taking an eco-friendly approach to food/dining.
