story running on the Today show website (NBC News/digital
print).
As someone who used to love going to yoga classes and has yet to
really vibe on home workouts, I am seeking wisdom from people
who have successfully adopted LIVE GROUP WORKOUTS ONLINE at
home!
I'd love to hear tips from people who got over the hurdle of
feeling less than thrilled about working out at home, and now
have a favorite class they attend. I am focusing only on live
classes and group fitness classes (so Peloton can apply, but so
can your local yoga studio). I'm trying to understand why that
sense of community is important!
So, I need "regular" people to share their working out from home
life hacks/how they get their butt moving, and then I need to
hear from therapists about why this matters now more than ever,
and why group workouts are special even if you can't be in the
same room.
