I'm covering a case where a large, big-bank backed blockchain
project with a product called Corda is suing a small startup
with a product called CODA. R3, the big company, alleges that
uses of the name "Coda Blockchain" is confusingly similar to
"Corda Blockchain" and violates R3's trademark rights.

CODA is going to announce a name change next week.
