Hello! I'm working on a travel piece for a national consumer
publication.

Right now, it seems that many travelers are opting for vacation
rentals rather than hotels. I'm interested in connecting with a
few travelers who have recently completed their trip as well as
a homeowner who rents to travelers to talk about their recent
experience.

For travelers: what did they look for in a rental? How was the
experience? Would they have done anything differently? What
advice would they give others?

For the homeowner: What changes have you noticed in your guests'
habits --i.e. requests they make? Questions they ask? Trends?
Etc.

Requirements:

I'd like to find sources from different regions of the US and
