Hi there, I'm looking to speak with people about how their
friendships have changed during the pandemic. Have they gained
friends, lost friends, and how so? Has wearing a mask created a
strain in a friendship? Or not attending someone's wedding? Or
have you become closer and realized the importance of friendship
in life? I want to hear from you.

Hello! We're writing an article geared toward people who have
been WFH during the pandemic, but are now going back to work.
This will include tips for re-adjusting.
We're looking for quotes from career coaches, therapists,
counselors, or anyone who provides life advice/guidance to
clients. To be considered, please answer:
1. If you're returning to work after WFH, why is it worth to
stop and think about how you're going to re-adjust? I.e., Why
should you come up with a game plan or at least recognize it
might be difficult? 2. Let's say you've been snacking a lot
while WFH, since you were near the fridge and didn't have to
pack food. How can you reset your approach now that you're back
at work? 3. If your kids/pets have been used to you being home
all day, going into work might throw things off. How can you
make this a smooth transition? 4. It's natural to feel anxious
about physically going back to work. What can someone do to
reduce their anxiety? Or at least, prepare? 5. Please share and
EXPLAIN a habit that someone might have developed while WFH, but
now have to change when going back to work. This will be its own
bullet, so please elaborate your tip.
We look forward to your responses. Thank you!

As someone who has lived with a (physical) chronic idiopathic
condition for 8 years, I know how it mentally debilitating and
depressing it can be. Personally, my self-esteem, social life,
sex life, mental health, and faith have all been threatened. As
all chronic conditions are different (and therefore their
treatments are too), I understand that any advice offered will
never be applicable to all. However, I feel deeply that there is
a way, somehow, they can be addressed. For example, when I found
community--someone who had been diagnosed with *exactly* what I
had--I began to feel a bit more hopeful. So I am looking for
expert insight from therapists/psychologists (and medical
practitioners, if applicable) on how those with chronic
conditions can manage their mental health and nurture
themselves. I want to stay away from simply telling them to
"stay positive."
Requirements:
Therapists/psychologists (and medical practitioners with
tangible insight and advice on how those living with chronic
conditions can manage their mental health and nurture themselves.
