Being rejected for a personal loan stings. That said, it's not
the end of the world. Here are several effective ways to rebound
from a personal loan rejection, and still get the money you
need, when you need it.

--- We're writing a story on several action steps needed to come
back from a personal loan rejection and get approved.

What steps should a personal loan borrower take to rebound from
rejection and get approved for a loan?

What matters most to personal loan lenders when considering a
borrower's loan application? What can borrowers learn from that?

What's the single most important step a personal loan borrower
can take after being rejected for a loan, then trying again?

All comments welcome. Thanks in advance.

Requirements:

Personal loan experts, lending experts, money experts, budget
experts, credit experts, people who have successfully gotten a
personal loan after being rejected, people who have been

4) Summary: Quibi Lessons

Name: Erik Sherman Divinations

Category: High Tech

Email: query-b51b@helpareporter.net

Media Outlet: Divinations

Deadline: 5:00 PM EST - 19 August

Query:

What happened to short-form video service Quibi? The
expectations were high; the results, not so. I'm interested in
the lessons: what went wrong, what was right, and, ultimately,
why people didn't pick up on it.

(This part is for the HARO editor, as the outlet is a bit
different from normal, and shouldn't be included: Divinations is
one of a pair of reader-supported Substack newsletters, this on
business strategy, from Nathan Baschez and Dan Shipper. The circ
is close to 15K, a highly tech-oriented audience with product
managers, C-suite execs, entrepreneurs, and investors--a big
influencer audience.)

Requirements:

I'm looking for three general groups of people: subscribers and
people who looked at it and decided not to (or had heard about
it but weren't drawn to try it); current and past Quibi
personnel, and experts/analysis who cover the field. Please, no
"I'm a business executive in an unrelated area or a general
marketer and here's my opinion" replies.

7) Summary: Looking for experts to comment on why crypto hasnt surged as imagined during the Covid 19 pandemic

Name: Shiraz jagati Cointelegraph

Category: High Tech

Email: query-b5ka@helpareporter.net

Media Outlet: Cointelegraph

Deadline: 9:00 PM EST - 18 August

Query:

Hey HARO family,

I'm a Cointelegraph journo, currently working on a piece where
I'm analyzing why despite many countries like the UK, India, the
US, etc being faced with the prospect of an unparalleled
recession, crypto hasn't been able to surge as many had expected?

Looking to gain some insights in regard to the following
questions:

(i) Despite many powerhouse economies like the United Kingdom,
India, the United States either being in the midst of a
recession or on the verge of one, what are some of the factors
that have prevented bitcoin and other cryptos from breaking out
despite the economic conditions being so ripe? For example, even
folks like George Ball and Warren Buffet (among many others) are
speaking out against the instability of the USD.

(ii) Are the issues preventing crypto from surging linked to
things like a lack of market confidence, investors seeing more
value in precious metals, etc or due to the fact that people
still don't see merit in most crypto offerings available in the
market today? Would you care to share your insights on the
matter, please?

(iii) Even though BTC has failed to gain massive ground against
fiat, how have the top cryptos in the market fared against other
traditional market commodities - oil, stocks, precious metals,
etc? Would you be able to highlight some examples in this regard
(possibly even some statistical data for direct comparison)?

(iv) The performance of the USD dollar has continued to remain
quite strong despite the ongoing financial crisis. Is this is a
direct result of the recent money being printed by governments
all over the world? Also, many had predicted that the recent
stimulus packages would result in more and more money being
pumped into crypto - thus leading to another massive bull run?
Could you please comment on why this scenario did not come to
fruition?

(v) Please feel free to add any more data that you may see fit
as to why crypto did not rise and reach the masses as many all
over the world had imagined

For your time, we will be more than happy to add your name,
company details, etc in the piece. However, my editors do not
allow me to add any backlinks in the piece.

Requirements:

Comments should only come from crypto experts who have
previously been associated with the traditional finance market
or reputed analysts operating within the banking sector.

8) Summary: Fortnite v Apple

Name: Tom Taulli Forbes.com

Category: High Tech

Email: query-b5kz@helpareporter.net

Media Outlet: Forbes.com

Deadline: 7:00 PM EST - 17 August

Query:

The maker of the game Fortnite - Epic - is fighting over the
appstore revenue policies for Apple and Google. What does this
mean for the mobile industry? Might we see similar moves from
other app developers? Will changing the policies help the
industry? Might we see emerge rival app stores?

Requirements:

I'm looking for expert commentary.
