estate faculty, lenders, financial experts, Certified Mortgage
Planning Specialists, lenders/loan officers, property attorneys,
and other real estate experts for the following story:
Why it might be worth moving to accommodate your child's remote
learning. This article will explain how it could be a smart idea
to look for a bigger/better house if you have one or more
children who will be schooling remotely (at home) indefinitely
or for whom-schooled kids, especially to give them more space to
study/work. Or, maybe it's time to move into a better school
district that has a remote learning curriculum you like better.
Tips on what to consider and how to proceed will be provided,
including loan shopping suggestions. Note that I can only accept
full-sentence written responses (which I can use as quotes) for
this article. My deadline for written answers to these questions
is 3 p.m. central, Friday, August 21.
QUESTIONS: 1. Why should parents with kids learning remotely at
home or with homeschooled children consider moving soon and
purchasing a bigger/better home? 2. Who are good candidates for
this strategy? (e.g., families moving out of cities for health
reasons, parents whose children will learn remotely but who have
a small home, parents who seek better school districts for their
kids' learning, etc.) 3. What should parents consider carefully
and possibly avoid before committing to moving and purchasing a
different home for any of these reasons? 4. What
tips/suggestions can you provide to these candidates when it
comes to: (a) putting your house on the market while looking for
another; (b) the best kind of mortgage loans for this situation;
(c) trying to sell a home when you don't have much equity built
up; (d) determining if an FHA loan is best due to its low down
payment requirement; (e ) determining if a zero-down USDA loan
is best if you're moving to a rural/suburban area. 5. What home
features should parents look for who want bigger/better
accommodations for their remote learning/homeschooled kids? 6.
Should parents look closer at moving way out/far away if they'll
be working from home anyway? What's your advice here? 7. Any
other thoughts, tips or suggestions on this topic? 8. What is
