11) Summary: How Viable is a Physical Office Space These Days?

Name: Andrew Martins Business.com

Category: Business and Finance

Email: query-b53y@helpareporter.net

Media Outlet: Business.com

Deadline: 12:00 PM EST - 13 August

Query:

COVID-19 has left a staggering amount of office space unused for
months at a time. The money companies are spending on rent,
utilities and the like is wasted during a pandemic. With so many
companies realizing they can let employees work remotely, how in
jeopardy are office spaces?

I'm looking for commentary from small business owners who have
been forced to abandon their office spaces as a result of the
pandemic. I'm looking to get the following questions answered:

- How important is office space to your business? - How much
office space do/did you use? - Do you think open office spaces
will survive post-pandemic? - Is there something to the idea
that maintaining a cohesive office environment is beneficial to
your employees? Or is remote work just fine for output and
morale? - Can a small business succeed without an office? -If
you've gone full remote and managed to get out of your lease,
how much money have you saved? -If you were unable to get out
of that least, how much are you spending each month and how does
that affect your bottom line?

Requirements:

I need small business owners who have had to close their offices
indefinitely during the pandemic. I want to know if they plan on
getting out of their leases or if they already have and are
saving money. See above questions.

Deadline: 3:00 PM EST - 13 August

Query:

I am working on an article to help educate small business owners
on how to become better leaders in the workplace. It will define
what a good workplace leader is, list various qualities that
make someone a good workplace leader and provide examples of
skills that one should develop.

Sample questions to get started are the following:

-How can I be a strong leader at work? -What are the main
qualities of a good leader? -How do you show good leadership?

If you have time for a quick telephone interview during the
afternoon, I can be available to go a little more in depth.

Requirements:

Looking for leadership experts and small business owners to
discuss what makes a good workplace leader.
