Working on section for the Post on properties that are ideal for
a coronavirus-era getaway in the tristate area (or driving
distance like Nantucket or the Poconos, say). There NEEDS to be
an interesting hook here as to why the property is safe beyond
the cleaning protocols all vacation properties are taking.
Hotels/resorts/glamping sites/airstream trailer or RV
resort/houseboat resort/treehouse resort, etc. all fair game!
the more unique the better.

The hook should go beyond normal new cleaning protocols and
"tons of hand sanitizer stations" but be something standout
about the property like all the hallways are outdoors so you
don't need to go inside/through a lobby or in an elevator, it's
a glamping resort on 20 acres - you tell me what the reason it's
ideal for a summer getaway.

Bonus points if property is new or recently opened or if's
located in the Catskills, Jersey Shore, or Long Island. Cape Cod
and Nantucket fine too, but nothing more than 5ish hours from
NYC.
