I'm researching a two-part story on fixing your travel problems
during the pandemic. I would be interested in hearing from
anyone who had a pandemic-specific problem with a trip (airline,
car rental, cruise, hotel, tour, vacation rental) and managed to
resolve it successfully. What was the problem? How did you fix
it? What kind of approach did you use that might be different
from normal times? What kind of advice would you have for fellow
travelers with a similar problem, such as trying to get a refund
for a canceled flight or vacation rental? From travel experts, I
would be interested in your best problem-solving strategies for
the pandemic. How have people adapted to traveling during the
pandemic? What are the most effective strategies for solving
problems during the pandemic? Also, how will the pandemic change
the way people approach problem-solving, at least when it comes
to travel?
