Query:
Hey Haro Family,
Im a Cointelegraph journo currently working on a piece regarding
the US government's receptivity towards / overall adoption of
blockchain tech. Was looking for experts to provide their
insights in regard to the following questions:
(i) Earlier this week, the United States Food and Drug
Administration released a blueprint and pilot study for food
safety, highlighting blockchain as a viable option for some of
the identified challenges. In this regard, could you please
highlight some of the key domains/industrial sectors where the
US government is exploring the viability of blockchain tech?
(ii) Would you be kind enough to list out some of the key use
cases -- much like Voatz, Salt Lending, etc -- wherein the
United States government has made use of blockchain tech to
streamline the governance, management of certain platforms? Have
these ventures been successful?
(iii) Do you believe the US government has been sufficiently
proactive when it comes to exploring the potential of blockchain
when it comes to maximizing transparency, administration, etc?
In a similar vein, what has the US gov done right and where
could it do more when it comes to exploring blockchain
technology?
(iv) Are there any countries that have explored and utilized
blockchain technology in a manner that other countries could
take their cues from? Would you be kind enough to list some
examples of the same?
(v) Please feel free to add any more data that you may see fit
in relation to this subject.
For your time, we will be more than happy to include your name,
company details etc in the piece. However, my editors don't
permit me to add any back links in the piece.
Looking forward to hearing from all you all
Regards
Requirements:
Comments should only come from US-based crypto/blockchain
experts who have a strong understanding what the American

Deadline: 2:00 PM EST - 22 July
Query:
Hal Varian, Google's chief economist, said the tech giant often
defaults to experimentation when making decisions.
"We don't want high-level executives discussing whether a blue
background or a yellow background will lead to more ad clicks,"
he said. "Why debate this point, since we can simply run an
experiment to find out?"
I'm interested in speaking to organizations with a similar
mindset. If you'd like to be profiled, please respond with:
1) Your name and company. 2) Brief overview of your approach to
experimentation.
