an extended one. Candidates report going through multiple rounds
of interviews over a significant period of time before
ultimately being told they didn't get the job. Sometimes,
they're asked to interview for different role at the company

drag out all over again. It feels like a way of being kept

it's mind or receive different budgeting information. The
practice is being called "breadcrumbing." As a hiring manager,
