We have some quick rules for our users that you'll need to read if you haven't already: https://www.helpareporter.com/sources/rules/?nav_location=main_menu.

Shortly, you'll start getting three or more emails a day depending on the editions you've signed up to receive. Do nothing to receive all reporter queries, or login to your account now to select which industry-specific queries you'd like to get. The editions are sent at 5:35 am, 12:35 pm, and 5:35 pm ET, Monday through Friday. The emails are formatted like this:

That's it! Just reply to the email listed above the query to reach the reporter with your pitch (you'll need to be logged in to your account). Here's a few tips on how to write a great pitch on HARO: https://www.cision.com/us/resources/tip-sheets/haro-practices (you'll be prompted to enter quick contact information, but it's free).
