I need to speak to Virtual Assistant providers. Please share:
1- What trends do you see? How much is adoption growing, and
which industries are embracing them most?
2- How are virtual agents different from chatbots? To be clear,
most of the articles I read claim VAs are so much smarter, but
to me the same technology that makes them smart can be used on
chatbots as well. Or am I missing something?
3- What unique thing is your company doing in this space?
