When you are a boss or a manager, being able to give honest and
direct feedback is critical. But how do you give feedback
without being hurtful or demoralizing? How do you give direct
and honest feedback and still create and maintain a positive,
upbeat, and healthy work culture?

We would like to interview CEOs, executives, business leaders,
managers, authors, and thought leaders who can discuss how to
give honest feedback without being hurtful.

The interview series will have two stages.

All of the full interviews will be published in Arianna
Huffington's Thrive Global and Authority Magazine, and they will

Hey HARO Family,

I am a Cointelegraph journo currently working on an article
regarding Russia's recent lifting of its ban on the highly
popular messaging app Telegram. Was looking to get some expert
insights in regard to the following questions:

(i) Russia's communications watchdog (Roskomnadzor) released a
statement on Thursday stating that it would lift its ongoing ban
on the popular messaging app Telegram after two years of
unsuccessful attempts to block it. Why is this step being taken
at this point in time? What has changed over the past two years
such that the Russian government has changed its stance?

(ii) Back in 2018, Telegram founder Pavel Durov refused to hand
over Telegram's encryption keys, arguing that it would violate
its users' rights to privacy. However, the Roskomnadzor now
claims that it has lifted the ban because Durov is prepared to
cooperate with the Russian govt. What sort of a compromise do
you think Telegram has reached with the Roskomnadzor? Might
there be a chance that the platform's overall security has been
compromised to a certain degree?

(iii) Even when Telegram was officially banned by Russia, many
of the country's government departments such as its Foreign
Ministry and national coronavirus task-force continued to
operate their official channels on Telegram. How come this was
the case? Seems strange doesn't it?

(iv) Please feel free to add any more info that you may see fit
