1. As teachers grapple with challenges e-learning--and no
definite plans for when and how schools might return to
"normal"--many educators are considering other career options.
What are some skills they have gained while helping their
students and their students' families transition to online
learning that they can highlight on their resumes and LinkedIn
profiles?
2. I was speaking with someone recently who is concerned about a
family member who dropped out of college one course shy of a
degree (due in large part to now-resolved mental health issues
he was struggling with at the time). His grades while in school
were great ... but the one class he's missing is a major
capstone project that would be extremely difficult if not
impossible to complete after being gone for several years. Is
there a way to address this on a resume and during interviews so
it doesn't appear that he was just lazy and didn't feel like
finishing?
